An advanced tool for cleaning and regenerating DPF / FAP / GPF filters and catalytic converters, aimed mainly at cars and vans. It features a 185-litre tank, a water pump with a flow rate of up to 133 l/min and an integrated system for drying the filter once washed. The complete cleaning process restores the filter’s factory properties by up to 99%.
The machine’s interior is protected with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. The entire cleaning process runs in a closed circuit, using the proven hydrodynamic method combined with the specific DPF Cleaner Extra Power chemistry, ensuring high performance and effectiveness. The machine can measure the filter’s dry contamination level via a back-pressure test in mbar, and dry it in a range of 70 to 100 °C. Once regeneration is complete, a final back-pressure measurement is taken and confirmed with a printout for the customer.
